Massey Services Inc provides termite, pest and lawn care services in Florida, Louisiana and Georgia. As one of the largest family owned providers of their kind, they have been delivering these services for over 75 years.

Challenge

The client has had a web presence for many years, but wanted to drive more sales and leads through this channel. Massey Services hired .Com Marketing to provide online marketing services, specifically Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Process

We began implementation of both a targeted PPC campaign and ongoing SEO work to improve their natural SEO positions. The ultimate goal was to drive sign ups for the in home inspection, via a form completion, email or phone call to their customer service center.

Results

Measures were set to gauge the impact of performance for both programs not only for driving incremental website traffic, but to deliver additional leads for free inspections. Performance results included:

• 116% increase in overall site traffic
• 53% increase in organic site traffic
• 67% increase in free inspection leads from organic traffic
• Nearly 800 additional free inspection leads from pay per click marketing (in 7 month period Mar-Oct 2009)
